A bathing ritual of the elements to wash and cleanse what no longer serves and prepare for what’s to come next. \n💨 AIR for clarity. Breathing in intention\, breathing out the last gasps of Snake energy\n💧 WATER to cleanse. Body scrubs and sauna whisks to wash and release.\n“The skin comes off when the body is ready”\n🔥 FIRE to burn away all that no longer serves\, clearing the path for the fast moving Horse.\n🌱 EARTH to ground\, landing in the energy of the Fire Horse. \nAs the Fire Horse runs in it responds to alignment\, who are you becoming?
