This special ritual is inspired by Lithuanian Pirtis and Finnish sauna traditions. Nick will guide you through four rounds of sauna and cold immersion\, using handmade scrubs\, salt infusions\, and the ancient art of whisking with natural materials foraged around Cornwall. What are whisks? Whisks are hand-bound bundles of leaves—often Birch\, Oak\, or other native trees. When gently used on the body\, they release nourishing oils\, stimulate circulation\, and boost your mood. They’re an essential part of the ceremony\, helping you connect with nature on a physical and energetic level. Each session is intuitively led\, shaped by the group’s energy and the power of the solstice. Expect to leave feeling cleansed\, connected\, and truly aligned with the season. A bathing ritual of the elements to wash and cleanse what no longer serves and prepare for what’s to come next. \n💨 AIR for clarity. Breathing in intention\, breathing out the last gasps of Snake energy\n💧 WATER to cleanse. Body scrubs and sauna whisks to wash and release.\n“The skin comes off when the body is ready”\n🔥 FIRE to burn away all that no longer serves\, clearing the path for the fast moving Horse.\n🌱 EARTH to ground\, landing in the energy of the Fire Horse. \nAs the Fire Horse runs in it responds to alignment\, who are you becoming?
