Join me on the eve of the Chinese New Year as we bid farewell to the final shedding phase of the Wood Snake & welcome in the propelling energy of the Fire Horse.
A ritual like no other and a potent opportunity for one final shed of the snake skin, the piece that clung the longest but serves no purpose moving forwards.
As I guide you through four rounds in the sauna, let the Löyly prepare the body for the transformation. A bathing ritual of the elements to wash and cleanse what no longer serves and prepare for what’s to come next.
AIR for clarity

As the Fire Horse runs in it responds to alignment, who are you becoming? In the heat of the sauna, we arrive back in our bodies. Let us land together, stepping into and embodying this next version of ourselves. Mind, body & spirit.
The horse asks us to move with truth and honesty. What makes your heart feel alive? As we usher in a new era of transformation and spiritual growth, led from the heart, we will set intentions, asking the ancestors and sauna spirits to bear witness and support us on our path.
