TEA RITUAL
Lou at From Trees will be holding a Tea Ritual. A chance to learn how to brew their unique blend of tree teas. She will brewing up a selection of teas for you to sample, and looking at the reciprocity of the forest. A grounding experience to prepare for the sauna.
SAUNA RITUAL
Nick T Therapies will be guiding a 1.5 hour sauna ritual of contrast therapy. He will be holding space in the sauna, with the elements as his guides, and whisks and natural scrubs for a deeply restorative bathing experience.
FEAST
Lia Stephenson will be cooking up a feast with warming and grounding ingredients, cooked to perfection in a Wonderbag, and served up in the conservatory at Scorrier House.
SOUNDSCAPE
Whilst you feast and connect, Dan Peppiat will be creating a Soundscape inspired by the natural sounds of the Sauna.
